Are girls attracted to guys that surf?

I surf all the time and never had girl come up to me at the beach. I was wondering girls if you saw a surfer at the beach would you be attracted to him?

It's not the fact that he's a surfer that would make him attractive but rather, the fact that he's good at it. Talent is attractive. Tbh, girls may not be approaching you for a number of reasons e.g they think you're intimidating, they aren't confident enough/willing to approach guys anyway/they expect you to approach them. In addition some people think approaching people at the beach is sort of taboo. I don't think I'd ever approach a guy with his shirt off let alone wearing just swimming shorts or a skin tight wet suit.

You do, for one, I'll just put that out there. Thing is, if you're not confident that can be a turn off, I'm not saying that's the reason why girls are not coming up to you, but it can be part of it. People project confidence or lack of and its quite easy to tell.

So try to be more confident, there are loads of girls who'd be interested in you, just don't let it go to your head, don't become arrogant, that's a big turn off.

i'd look if he was attractive, but its just like being attracted to anybody else in any other place and I probably just look. surfing is interesting so it could be a good convo starter. I wouldn't just walk up to a guy on the beach and start talking. anytime I've seen a surfer they look tired or focussed on the water so I wouldn't know if I would bother him. so you might need to intiate some interaction...smiling can do wonders and that's easy if your shy. that's what I do lol

Dude, with that body you need to go up to the chicks. They are just going to stare and giggle. Offer a short lesson on surfing and dunk her under the water a few times. It works. ;)

true they will either be intimidated or think that he already has a girlfriend. also there are some girls that will approach any guy but they are few and far between.

WE ARE VERY ATTRACTED TO SURFERS! At least a lot of us are, but usually we think there not attracted to us because 1. they look too concentrated on surfing, or 2. You guys are intimidating to approach. You guys are just too hot and no girl would feel good enough

That's probably why you don't see girls checking you out on the beach. If you knew you were hot, you'd notice a lot more girls wanting to come up to you.

it's cool to be able to surf but there's more to attraction than just that. besides, if you really look busy and into whatever you're doing, it's less likely that you'll get approached.
