In surprised majority said it want an issue. I was wearing a shirt that exposed some cleavage and my boyfriend told me he didn't like it. He said it looked slutty and that my breasts were "for his eyes only".

To which I basically told him to go screw himself because I'm going to wear what I want.

You are both being extremely immature about this, you by saying "screw him I'll wear what I want" and him for saying "they're for my eyes only." That's not a good way to have a conversation.

This is an issue of respect. You're exposing a personal area of your body for sexual purposes, even if it's as innocent as just wanting to show off and look good, cleavage arouses guys - that's the male perspective, whether you choose to acknowledge it or not. Ever hear the saying "don't advertise if you're not in business?" If you're in a relationship perhaps you should at least consider dressing in a modest, respectable way. It's not about cheating, simply respect.

And it's my body not my boyfriends. Nothing I wear is "disrespecting" him. He just has the pleasure of being with me and my body but its my business how I chose to dress it.

It depends a great deal on the reason behind why she is wearing it. Typically, I've not had an issue with a girl wearing a low cut shirt because the primary reason was to turn me on.

Well, I usually wear low cut tops. I know I have nice boobs, and if you got it flaunt it. I don't wear super low tops, but there is cleavage. I wouldn't change what I wear just because my boyfriend feels uncomfortable. I would understand if my boobs were falling out of my shirt though. I don't see why he would be mad that other guys were checking me out. He should be happy that other guys are jealous.
