Confessions of a Ladies Man: My Response to Today's GAG Hit Piece About Me

In 1992, a relationship counselor named John Gray, Ph.d. published a book that sold 15 million copies and spent 121 weeks on the best sellers list. The book was titled, “Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus”. The title of the book was a generalization of men and women. His point was that relationship problems came from fundamental differences between how men and women think. The woman who wrote the hit piece and many haters of me are hypocrites. They are fine with that book but tell me “not all women are like that”. My argument is that it is okay to speak of general differences between men and women.

The woman who wrote the hit piece seems to hate me because “not all women are like that”. Debating my haters on GAG is like me declaring in a MyTake “The sky is blue!” and having them say in response, “The sky is not always blue! You are despicable for generalizing! GAG should not allow you to post!” I hate to break it to the snowflakes out there but human society speaks in a vernacular of generality. To say “Guys do this” or “Girls do this” should not be taken literally. The argument is cheap and should be ignored.

In the end, the hatred of me is not really in what I say. I was on GAG for at least a year before I started the “Confessions of a Ladies Man” series. My posts were generally ignored or given more respectful consideration. The trigger for my haters is not what I say, it is because I claim to be a ladies man for marketing purposes. They hate me because I market my takes better than them.

Unlike my haters, I dont block posts because I think controversy is healthy for GAG. I believe in free speech even if controversial. I disagree with the woman’s post but I will defend her right to say whatever she would like. The cancel culture has now come to GAG because snowflakes can’t articulate their beliefs and are threatened by the likes of me.

But that's not what you do, you lump all women as the same. So you can see that men and women have differences but you can't see that women have differences from one another?And haters? Because people don't agree with you. As you say you're entitled to your views and opinions and to express them, so are others to disagree with your opinions. I don't think it's the self proclaimed ladies man title, it's that you say something is a hater or triggered if they don't share your views. The self proclaimed title maybe gets mention because for someone that uses that, you don't seem to know women as well as you think you do...And, cancel culture has come to GAG?
Really? I see more over inflated egos and so called experts than cancel culture... I thought GAG was meant to be a place where men and women could get advice and better learn how to understand one another, not just stir up controversy for attention or likes...

Giving an opinion is giving an opinion. What she has done instead is to declare that a user on a public platform should not be allowed to post their opinions. THat is going beyond just posting an alternative opinion. That is cancel culture.

One of the most amusing things is having snowflakes make posts specially for you. I had it happen twice so far (and not more as far as I know).
