He blocked me out of his life fully? For no reason?

So I'll try keep it brief. I liked this dude, we use to flirt and talk, we finally meet up no kissing or anything but we had a good time, two days later he tells me he has trust issues and he has a bad past with girls and he isn't looking for a relationship right now. So after that I didn't really talk to him much, a little bit here and there just very small conversations nothing really much. BUT TWO DAYS AGO OUT OF NO WHERE HE DELETES ME OFF Facebook AND SNAPCHAT, UNFOLLOWS MY INSTAGRAM, AND JUST TODAY HE BLOCKS ME ON INSTAGRAM? I'm so confused. I did NOTHING! I asked his best mate to ask him why and the only reason he have to his own best mate was he was having a bad day and did it on impulse? Wtf! I'm actually so hurt right now, it's been really hard for me to deal with. I don't know why he just shut me off like that! And don't just tell me to "get over him there's more fish in the sea" because yes I'm trying to do that and it will happen but right now I'm too lost and hurt to do that yet... Why would he just cut me out? Do you think he had feelings for me that's he's trying to get over? It's so confusing... Someone please help!

First off you need to understand how someone with trust issues thinks. Just because they have a trust issue does not mean they don't want someone in thier life. Actually it is quite the opposite. They tend to want someone more than other guys do. The problem is they also tend to drive away most prospects to fill that spot and when they do that it justifies to them why they have trust issues in the first place. Example: If he likes someone and tells her he has trust issues so they should not be together he it kind of testing her to see if she will fight for the relationship. In fighting for it she is proving herself trust-worthy. This can be applied to girls too, I am just using a guy in this example. The more the person being tested fails to do what the person with trust issues thinks they should be doing the madder they get at her.
You may not have done anything wrong and it simply doesn't matter to him. When he gets to the point of giving up on you ever figuring it out he tends to lash out. Even though he knows you dont deserve it or that you didn't do anything. When he is alone his mind will worry over it until he gets mad and reacts. I would like to point out that I am not saying these types of people are abusive because they tend to only be this way when they are alone. So most times noone ever sees it. They will just get a nasty email or get blocked off social media or the random phone call yelling about you being just like all the others, that sort of thing.

he may had feelings for you, maybe not. but one thing is for sure. he didn't want to hurt your feelings. if you two went on a relationship, once he told you he has trust issues, it would be ruined at some point. he was trying to protect you and your feelings. every person has its own way of doing so. he chose blocking you from social media. i suggest you talk to his best friend and arrange a meeting with the guy you like. help him get rid of his problem. that's only if you really like him or love him whatever it is.
