Well I thought this guy liked me he showed every single sign in the book even people said he had a thing for me until today I was reading him and another girls chat conversation and it said

The girl : you have the hots for her

He said : im pretty sure I just like messing with her

She said : in a playful way

He said: yeah Im a fun guy she is way to stubborn

She said : sometimes you have to chase them to break them

Lol , I thought he liked me but I guess not.. Any ideas?

He could like you. Do you know if they are talking about you in the conversation? If they are, it doesn't sound like he completely is not into you. Especially if he is showing all the signs, in this conversation he might not fully realize his feelings and depending on how close of a relationship he has with the girl he is talking to, he might not be willing to say how he really feels. You should try to find out in a indirect way, like have a friend say you and him would make a cute couple. That way you could see his reaction.
