Why are guys such jerks and deny their girlfriends to other girls?

Even if a guy isn't interested in the other girl I still see that some guys will deny being with them. Or lie about them because they are interested.

for the same reason why sluts always hide the fact that they have a boyfriend, so they will keep the other guys interested and have some fun when their boyfriend is away, or least of all if they decided to dumb their boyfriend then they can move to the next one smoothly...

same thing here for jerks. but I believe firmly in the fact that sluts outnumber jerks, because we guys are usually proud of having and loving girlfriends and would go out and tell everybody that we do, but still the girls don't want that because they don't want to lose opportunities with the "better guys" out there, but a guy that hides his relationship with his girl means he does not see any real future with her, means he is just using her and worst of all he is not proud of her, this is a goddamn fu***g jerk, you've been warned.

it is purely because people love attention! don't say ..why are guys such jerks...as women do this exact same thing all the time! no matter how much attention people get, they always want more. we live in a society filled with not only monetary greed ..but emotional greed as well. constantly on the prey for the next victim that we can suck dry all their energy to make ourselves feel just a little bit better about personal insecurities and emotional problems.
