What do I say to a guy who just texted me "I'm horny"?

I met this guy a few months back at a friend's birthday and we hit it off. We've been texting each other since then, and it's been friendly. We had similar interests and stuff like that. We went out once, and that was for coffee but nothing happened. Since then, he's been texting me a lot and today he started with the "I'm horny" or other things like that. This was the first time he brought up something like this, and it made me uncomfortable. I have no idea what I should say to him. Any suggestions?

If you want to shut him down, then do as suggested below and send him "That's nice" xD. If you like him then send something funny back that so that he has a chance to get out of it and not look stupid after taking a chance. You could send something like "Oh my god, that must mean you're a guy!". That should make it clear that you don't want to go farther, but still keep the situation in balance. He will probably respond with "Hahaha" and wait for things to develop.
