Guys, when he says miss ya does he really miss you?

Been talking with a guy in another state hit it off well and then visited him. He was amazing and treated me like girlfriend and even before he said things like I'll love him one day and be his girlfriend, but he is not ready for anything yet he's been cheated on and doesn't trust but I think it's the distance. He sent me stuff I left there and in the not at the end he said anyway... MISS YA!! In capital letters. does that mean he really does miss me? We talk everyday through texts and I miss him too. I'm hoping as we continue to talk more he can learn to trust me and eventually be together either in ldr or I might move down there for me. But does it all sound good?
