A guy gave me his address and PO box address instead of his number, what does that mean?

I don't know him that well but he's kinda forward and keeps flirting with me. He's a nice enough guy and the chance of me seeing him again is very low. The reason he gave me his address may be because he doesn't have a phone, but from what I know about him it's more likely than not that he does. I'm 14 and he's 16. Thanks guys!

Well he also wrote down his School Year Abroad group number if that changes anything. So maybe it's the PO box of his home (like his parents') or of his SYA school. (Tbh I don't know much about SYA ahaha)
