Boyfriend has a shady Instagram account not sure if I should just ignore it?

So my boyfriend follows a bunch of hot girls they can be fitness models, fashion bloggers any girl with a pretty face / hot bod his Instagram is Frankwhite8536 I think. Well I'm on Instagram and he doesn't follow me. THe people that follow him seem shady. I feel depressed about this I honestly don't want to be in this relationship anymore with him.. I'm so fed up! And the reason why I know he has an account because he's one of my contacts so his name came up. I feel he does this to hurt me and make me depressed so I stop working out and try to look good. I don't know what to do?

Yes this is why my parents have a healthy one. I'm not really upset he doesn't follow me I just think it's weird he has this bogus account
