When humans become interested in something they tilt their head in one direction. You can notice that in bars, restaurants and even during candle light dinners.
You must have also noticed that older men are more interested in Butts compared with younger folks. A curvy back gives the impression of a woman being fertile which most grown up men desire. I personally would prefer a woman to have a curvaceous figure over a huge Bosom.

I don't know. I definitely tilt sometimes too, but I never gave much thought to why.

Why do you tilt your head if you want to look under something like a table, etc? It lowers your sightline. Technically you could just scrunch up your neck but that's really uncomfortable. So people do this instead.
I think it just gives a guy a different perspective like when you tilt the camera for a portrait photo compared to a landscape type!
