As soon as I got out of my car and started walking, a man said "Good morning to me" and then stopped in his tracks to see my ass. He shouted "HOT DAMN!" with his head tilted to the side.
I notice a lot of guys stare at my ass when I am walking around with their head titled.
Does this give you a better angle?

It is one of the signs of body language. Going by evolution theory, A woman's butt is one of the most attractive features which is sexually arousing for both men and perhaps even women. When humans become interested in something they tilt their head in one direction. You can notice that in bars, restaurants and even during candle light dinners.
You must have also noticed that older men are more interested in Butts compared with younger folks. A curvy back gives the impression of a woman being fertile which most grown up men desire. I personally would prefer a woman to have a curvaceous figure over a huge Bosom.

Yeah, the guy is extremely old in the photo. However, sadly I get teens looking at me and some men old enough to be my GrandDad.
I remember I was walking past this guy in a wheelchair that had to be 20+ years older than me.
He stared at me walking towards him, then did a U-turn with his wheelchair just to see my ass.

Its extremely difficult to be discreet for older folks, even if it happens to be a grand dad, a Priest or a Politician. I have seen many older folks including my bosses and others slowing down their cars in the middle of the road to catch a glimpse of women with their gifted puberty.
You really shouldn't be worried about teens looking at you, From a psychological point of view, Its a confidence booster and going by our experiences we too used to check out quite a few young lady teachers and other young women in their late 20s and 30s during our high school days, without any kind of malice. The most some of us did was jerk off in solitude.

When it comes to creepy old men , i think you are the best person to handle that yourself. lol
But if you're worried about teen looking at you, You should just chill and let the boys have some fun like the way we did ;)

I don't know. I definitely tilt sometimes too, but I never gave much thought to why.

Why do you tilt your head if you want to look under something like a table, etc? It lowers your sightline. Technically you could just scrunch up your neck but that's really uncomfortable. So people do this instead.
