Why is the guy that rejected me liking my Instagram photos?

We dated for like a month and a half and then told me he wasn't ready for a relationship but then immediately started and still is dating another girl. I tried to take the high road and still be friends with him for the couple months after ward but unfollowed him cause it was too painful. That whole time he never liked any of my photos. Now all the sudden he has started liking them when I post. I don't understand. Why is he liking my photos now?

Block him. He's priming you to be his backup plan if things don't work with his girlfriend. I'm serious dude. Guys that say this stuff are users. They are narcissistic and don't want you to move on. It's quite revolting actually.
