In my family I have a lot of young girl cousins ranging in ages. We all live in relatively the same area so we see eachother frequently.

Skirts are a popular choice of clothing, especially at family parties which we have often, and the girls aren't careful at all about keeping their legs closed at all. Is it ok to check them out and look if I have no intention of anything else?
