What does it mean when a woman stares at your hair?

So I'm talking to this girl, and she keeps staring at my hair, like when a man looks at a woman's breasts. Is that a "sign"? Hope not, because I don't like her like that (although she is very cool). She does this every day that I talk to her. She also tries to get me to help her out a lot at work. Thanks.

maybe she really likes your hair, but I think she likes you , if she's nervous maybe she doen't feel abe to look at your eyes cause you're gonna realize of that if she knows you don't like her that way . it could be that she feels unconfortable because of her english but that's not a reason for staring at the hair.

No white hairs, I'm only 28. No pony tail either, I don't have the hair for it, or I'd be rockin a mullet. She seems nervous sometimes, but I thought that's just because her English isn't that great. Thanks for the response.
