Sober guy kisses drunk girl?

Saturday night I got drunk and later called for a guy friend of mine to come pick me up. I asked him about a girl he had been dating, and he told me they weren't a thing anymore. When we got to my house, we sat in the car and just talked a little. I wanted to kiss him because a while ago he told me that I can kiss him even if he's sober (not when we're both sober though, that would be weird, thats what couples do i guess). I gave him hints like "since you're not dating anyone atm;)", and he thought I wanted a relationship and told me that wouldn't be possible as he's going away for 2 years. Eventually we made out though. I was great, even though he said I tasted like alcohol. We have madeout aloooot before at previous parties, but I just don't understand why he would want to makeout with me while he's sober? Is it just because he wants a kiss or does he want like a relationship or whatever? Any guys' opinions on this one?

i see ur from nigeria? well im from norway and here it is normal to go out and party and sometimes "hook up" with people while at the parties. by hookup i mean kissing and flirting and sometimes going all in.

Yess!! very, hahah, its easy both ways, which is very unfortunate.. many people are players. what do you mean by free? it is voluntary, nothing is forced.
