Guy-friend shows me affection when he's drunk, not sure how to feel. What should I do?

Ok, so this guy and I have been having sex for some months now. It's kind of a weird situation. He's like my best friend. I kind of like him. Not sure if he likes me in a romantic way. When he's sober he tells me he's not looking for a relationship. Occasionally he sends me mixed signals. We've been having sex for about nine months. It's strictly business. Sex, no cuddling, no kissing. Except for tonight- we got drunk. He hugged me, which is rare. He kissed me, which has never happened before (nine months!!!). On top of that, after we were through, he cuddled me. I repeat, we were drunk. I have kind of been neglecting him for the past week or so due to the fact that I have feelings. I've been trying to cut him off to spare my feelings and test if he really likes me or not. But tonight we had sex and it was different. Should I just let him go, or should I take this rare occasion as a sign that he has feelings? Also, I know that he has had sex with other girls concurrently with me. I'm just really confused.
