He looked at me in a intense kind of way I don't really know how to explain it but it just turned me on. He was riding past on a bike so I think that's why the eye contact didn't last long and he wasn't that far away. it lasted 5 seconds.

but I know him but not really I don't know how to really explain it but my parents know his parents and his Younger brother and sister. but I don't think he knows me; he's in his late 20s like I think maybe 26 i don't know but he's tall; and really attractive.

he has done this before ; one time I was walking not exactly towards him, is say near him and he looked straight into my eyes and I did the same for a few seconds but I couldn't handle it anymore and looked away.(I kept looking away and back at him a few times)

I don't really get why girls read so much into this. He probably thinks you're hot tbh. I find most women hot so I stare at them. However thinking a girl is hot and having some goal are two different things. obviously if he keeps looking at you he isn't just thinking about nothing like all men do sometimes. He probably thinks you look hot and if I were to see you I would probably look too. Guys aren't very complicated we don't have any secret thing where we look at you for x amount of time if we want to be with you. We are simple creatures who look at things we think are hot and who stare into the abyss thinking about trivial things like building things. Yeah it happens to me also and sometimes when you are done thinking and you still look at the same position and then you realize that you were looking at somebody and take your eyes off so fast that the person stares at you if you would turn and look again then it gets too awkward that yoy feel like you to stand up maybe apologize and just run away and never look back😂😂

Funny thing is even i find it hard to grasp it.
