I have a quite strong jawline and I've always kinda liked it but I was wondering if it would be considered unattractive since men tend to prefer women with soft features. What do you think?

Well, strong jaw lines ARE characteristic of males. If you're a female with a strong jawline, that doesn't automatically mean you're unattractive. It all depends on how the woman looks
Strong jawline also somewhat translates to big cheeks... which make me think of chipmunks... and chipmunks are adorable. So I'd probably say attractive.
I don't find it attractive myself because it's very masculine but according to the comments not everyone thinks it matters. Some people just don't care - I think you'll be fine, OP
You don't have what I would consider a "strong jawline" although I usually tend to prefer women with sharper features (think Robin Wright in House of Cards) so my opinion might be a bit biased.
