Now he avoids looking at me?

there's a guy in my course that used to stare and smile at me. And when ever I spoke to another guy in front of him he'd look the guy up and down. So i thought that he might like me.

But now whenever I see him, he doesn't make eye contact with me unless I've just walked into the room and the few times I've caught him staring he won't hold eye contact and it seems more like he was daydreaming because when I returned the eye contact his eyebrows would rise like he's woken up or shocked. His friends still look at me whenever they see me but he avoids looking at me at all.

I'm not sure what I've done but I just want to know if he's lost interest.

Yes I have had that happen to me. Obviously f he looks at you he's interested otherwise why would he look? so you talking to other guys might send the message that your not interested in him Or show that your already interested in another guy.

Ask yourself why do you want to know if he lost interest, or not. You haven't, obviously. So go for it, why waiting other person to do something? :)
