What does it mean when a guy randomly says "I love your accent!!"?

He was hearing me talk for the very first time via Snapchat (because we met on the internet) (he is a friend of my friend Katy who I've met abroad some months ago but I didn't get to meet him so he found me on social media), anyways, after sending this video he replied with the text saying "I love your accent 😍"
I mean, he could have said he likes my accent. Or thinks it's great or sounds lovely or whatever. But "love"?🤔
We're snapping for some time now (2 months maybe) and he has already mentioned (in a less obvious way btw) that I look great or he's sure I look great, he thought my outfit was pretty and also told me once to be safe when I mentioned I was about to walk home alone when it was already dark outside.
What does it all mean? Especially the accent thing? (and the rest too ofc haha!😋)

If you had limited your question to the guy 'loving' your accent, it would have simply meant that he genuinely likes your and accent.

With the addition of the other stuff, (and after checking your profile pic), I'd say that there's definitely some attraction there on some level, and that your accent was certainly one of the contributing factors, among others.

You must be attracted to some film stars aren't you? Don't know what your lifestyle is like, but it would be a safe assumption to make that you haven't met your celebrity crush, but are still attracted to them. Same logic applies here.

for lack of a better analogy, some accents are like a particular taste or smell of something... once we get a taste, or a whiff... we want more, It's like an addiction. Whether it's all mental or it's biology at play, same result.

Well the most attractive accents to guys are; British, Australian, and Canadian. So if you have one of those three then he actually meant it as just a compliment but as you continued to talk to him he started to slowly like you more and more.
