Not all guys have a hand fetish, but many people have a fetish about some body part, quite often feet. But it can be anything, girls have fetishes as well.
It can be for an activity rather than a body part, personally I love nudity, I do not find anyone dressed in underwear sexy, but a lot of guys do.
I'm not sure, I haven't heard of hand fetishes before. I knew about foot fetishes, which absolutely doesn't interest me. Just like feet, I have no attraction to hands either - as long as the hand is clean and hygienic, I'm happy.
