Guys, What does a double wink mean?

Some of u may know the guy I'm talking about if you look at some of my previous questions. Anyway... So 2 weeks ago or something I went to the shops and he was there and and I saw him and we made eye contact while I was coming towards him and then I waved at him and he just double winked at me and I smiled and turned away while he carried on with his work or what he was doing.
And so I've been wondering what this means? and wanted Guy's opinions
