Guy liked then unlike my picture. Why?

So I met this guy about 3 months ago and we hooked up and then talked for about 2 months after that. About a month ago, things just weren't going well between the two of us so I decided that it would be best if we went our separate ways. I had him on social media so I took him off it. Instagram, snapchat, twitter, I took him off everything so he wasn't following me and I wasn't following him but he wasn't blocked. I haven't spoken to him in about 3 weeks and then tonight I got a notification that he liked my picture on Instagram and when I went onto Instagram to check the notification, it was gone. So the boy who doesn't follow me and hasn't spoken to me in weeks liked and then unliked my picture. I tried texting him to see what the deal was but he hasn't responded and probably won't. Why did he do that?

Probably because he either accidentally clicked the like button and corrected a mistake, or he just didn't want you to think he was stalking you.

Why even try to figure it out. Maybe he did it to mess with you. Maybe he accidentally clicked it. Maybe he liked it and got worried about what you would think.



Most possible situation is he was just being nosy on your account and accidentally clicked it. The only way to know for sure would be to ask him and I don’t know if that’s the best idea.

Simple... he liked your picture because you talked and hooked up. When you cut him off, he unliked the picture because he no longer likes you. Not sure why that bothers you... you no longer like him.
