Why do males think females burping and/or farting is disgusting?

Why? I just want to know. At least i can stand a male burping & farting when with me but why do males find it disgusting?

Do you guys want to try holding in your burps or farts for the whole date? Because, let me tell you, it is hard to control your body's natural reaction, the same as it is hard to control your sneezes or coughs. (And i do not want to see males saying they don't burp / fart, because everyone does!)

I tested this a while ago. One day in school, I burped in a classroom. Boys laughed, girls didn’t pay attention. In fact, another girl burped. Her burp didn’t elicit any laughs, nobody seemed to mind. Then, I farted. Boys laughed again, girls giggled, and another girl farted because she was trying not to laugh. You’re hanging out with the wrong men, I guess. I have a lot of male and female friends. The other girls and I burp and fart all the time around the guys, and the guys either laugh or don’t care. Burping and farting are very feminine, female things to do. Men know this. What you need to understand is that it matters who is doing the burping and farting. If some gross tomboy who picks her nose does it, boys will groan and roll their eyes. It’s normal for fat girls, slob girls, etc to burp and fart. I, on the other hand, am pretty girly and conventionally attractive. I always wear perfume, make sure I smell great, etc. So boys love it when I fart and burp. It’s the ultimate expression of femaleness. It is in woman’s nature to fart, and man’s nature to appreciate a woman’s fart.

I didn't know that was true LOL. I'll make sure to steer clear of guys like that. Totally natural. I wouldn't fart (omg) 24/7 though. I'd obviously say excuse me if it came out or go to the bathroom. But hell yeah I'd burp around guys if I have to (agn saying excuse me haha). I won't suppress and make my body uncomfortable for someone else. Burp contests would be fun too lmao.

Because it is. It's unattractive and unladylike. It's just seen differently when women vs men fart. Burping, farting and openly exhibiting any gross bodily function in general is seen as a male thing to do. Women are supposed to be feminine, dainty and ladylike and not do disgusting things like that. When a guy farts it's just seen as a guy being a guy. It's taboo for women to openly fart. Guys will view a hot girl ripping a fart or burping out loud differently than they would a guy doing it.

Plus, farting is basically airborne poop. If someone farted naked near your nose, you could actually inhale bacteria contained in airborne, bacteria-laden droplets of poop. So farting is basically blowing microscopic poop particles out of your ass. So no it's not a very attractive or ladylike thing for a girl to do.

I don't really care if a woman burps or farts. You gotta do what you gotta do. I once worked with a young woman who was dressed up nice, makeup and everything (She worked for EDS), and she was drinking a soda at work. She all of a sudden let out this huge burp, which embarrassed her but she also found it amusing. We all just thought it was funny.
