Me (20F) and my friend (20M) have known each other for about 1 year and is very close friends.
But these days I'm starting to question our friendship a little.
a) Is it normal for close friends to be feeding/sharing each other's food?
I. e. you're holding a burger and he leans down to take a bite out of it / vice versa
I. e. Going shopping together and only buying one drink to share for the whole day
b) Contacting each other all the time?
I. e. Texts you during work break and calls you after work
I. e. Calling each other in the morning to wake each other up for work (he drives me to work since we work together)
I. e. Accompanying each other to the gym during midnight
Basically, you're together all the time and even if you're not together, you have a clear idea of where and what the other person is doing (if we're not meeting that day , he texts to check up on what I'm doing)
c) these kind of physical contacts?
I. e. Arms around your shoulder
I. e. Playing with your hair while you're both eating out with others
I. e. Sits shoulder touching shoulder
I might've missed out a lot of things, can't recall everything at this very moment; but I just wanted to ask if all this was normal between a very close friendship?
I've been thinking about it, but am unsure and don't want to feel like I'm overthinking and complicating our friendship.
