There's either shyness or it's a tactic guys use to get a girl more interested in them. I'm guilty of doing it but I've done it unconsciously I guess. Happened with my ex girlfriend but the point is, the way to tell which it is is how else he acts around you or them.
I realized that I would say few words to her but speak a ton to everyone else at work. I mean eventually I asked her out but i mean if it gets you thinking about him more, it's working 😉
Shy men tend to do that you should talk to him so he feels more free unless you don't like him.
