So me and boyfriend has been dating for 7 months now.. recently he was sending me a screenshot of something and i saw a text from a girl in instagram of course he deleted the message but i was online already so i saw it. I didn't talk about it i didn't get angry and i didn't show him i knew. I'm frustrated no words describes how i feel so i just want to know is it like something most of guys do flirting with girls in instagram or is he cheating on me? i actually love him and i trusted him so much until now and I don't know how to tell him i know
I also found out he got 2 notification of this app "i'm putting a pic" so is it like a dating app or something or what is this? I'm so tired of this it's been a week and i really wanted to talk about it i just don't know how and i'm scared he will say i'm a drama queen and ignore me.. so help pls?

You need to tell him you saw he was chatting with other girls, and now you are having doubts he is being faithful to you. If he is a good guy he will tell you he is not, then ask what you need to know he is not. He should offer up his accounts for you to check for yourself. If he doesn't, and you ask to check them, then it might be a sign he has something to hide. Regardless, you are going to have to talk to him. Be foolish to break up with him if he has not done anything wrong.

I don't know about the notifications it really can be anything, but you should definitely ask him about his friends and really make sure he is telling the truth. It is alright for a man in a relationship to have female friends but they shouldn't take it too far. Also you should know him well enough to know if he is lying or if he acts weird.

If you want to be sneaky, leave your phone in another room to charge and when he's not on his ask to borrow it to look something up, if he takes it out and looks at it/messes with it for 10-20seconds he's probably deleting any evidence.
