Quiet girls shy?

What do guys think of a quiet shy girl , when they are all sitting down in a group for food and one girl doesn’t say anything and everyone else speaks. Does he thinks the quiet girl is weird? Like we make eye contact but he doesn’t say nothing to me

It really depends on the man in question. I would probably consider her the most interesting one in the group. If she doesn't really speak, though, I'd have to watch her actions instead in order to find out what she's like, and that might be considered creepy in some cases, so it would be welcome if she was capable of holding a conversation, even if it was an awkward one.
