How to win the quiet girl's heart?

This question is for the quiet and shy girls. What is a surefire way to completely win over and melt the heart of a quiet and shy, old fashioned lady? Keep in mind that I have no intention to hurt said lady, rather to make her happy. How to get past the "shy" defense and show my worth as a man. Also what is a good way to get past that nervous avoidance? All help is greatly appreciated.

She says she has a boyfriend. I know she likes me, but doesn't know me well. Why would she say she has one? I found out she doesn't have one and it is known among her peers that said girl likes me. She is very inexperienced. How do I win her over?

Well always start with a SMILE :D - shy girls love it when guys smile. You need to start talking to her, chat about whatever you're doing...- Is she from work or college? Try to make her laugh, corny jokes are ok- they make me laugh. If it's going well and she laughs at your jokes and keeps chatting then try complimenting her like... "Did I mention that I love your ____" eg. eyes/ hair. After this just have fun and flirt with her.

If your feeling a bit shy yourself, then keep catching her eye when you see each other and hold it and smile. After a while she'll realize what your doing and will tell you whether she likes you too or that maybe she's not so interested - at least you'll know how she feels.

She works with me. I started doing that a while back and this is how she responds. She smiles a lot (not fake but genuine), her eye pupils dilate, and she tends to blush when she gets speechless. She lowers her eyes from me but when there is contact, that is when I notice the size of her eye pupils and the constant shade of pink in her cheeks. I am trying to be systematic with my compliments and don't want to overwhelm her. Even her voice changes to a softer tone with me. My gut tells me that

I would definitely ask her out, all the signs are good. I think the reason she said had a boyfriend was that she was suprised that you asked her out. Ask her out and you'll make her day :)
