Guys, would you interlock your fingers with a girl who you're not interested in? My guy friend gets really touchy when drunk?

My guy friend gets touchy feely when drunk, but touchy only with me.
But when he's sober he's very polite and kind. He never touchies sexually.
When he got drunk a few days ago, he said I'm very cute (I said I know and he laughed) and grabbed my thigh and interlocked his fingers with mine.
Since prob he knows I like him, I'm wondering if he just mess with my feelings. Or possibly he likes me back?

It's happened... Example partying with female friends. Everyone fucked up... Girl starts rubbing on hands and arms getting all handsy and grabs my hand or something like that. I'm not weirded out by girls in my personal space. It's not Pokemon, I don't need to catch them all.
