Why girls don't appreciate good guys these days!

i am annoyed and upset , Because my Girlfriend was in relationship with this guy who sincerely loves and cared for her all this while(he is a rare breed ) and now my gf wants a break up because she is bored etc..how cruel can she be to thrash such a nice guy...

Here I m waiting to meet up a nice guy like him ,though I never met any nor was I ever in a relationship..and there she is doin such things...as far as I know she is not the only one doing such nasty things...has this world gone upside down!

The unfortunate truth is that you are absolutely correct, many (even most) people allow themselves to be swept in to this abusive cycle. We are creatures of habit and we learn from our experiences. If we manage to make it to dating age with our morality intact the first serious heartbreak is often all it takes to convince people that there's no hope for real, lasting romance and that simple is not true. We give up to easily any more. Life has made us act lazy and entitled.

The best solution is conviction, I know I am chivalrous and respectful to women. But it's not just about being a doormat, a woman wants to feel challenged and intrigued by a potential mate, not just coddled. Ideally, she needs to feel secure and loved but still get a sense of adventure when she's with you. That's why a lot of "Nice guys" finish last, because they are nerdy, esteemless kiss-ups and most girls don't want that, even if it costs some kindness and respect. '

Girls, don't feel like their is no middle ground. There are guys out there who will respect, love, and challenge you. I know a few personally, and the sad thing is I see them slowly drifting one of two ways, they either give in and treat women poorly because they are sick of losing in love and at least that way they won't be alone, or the become withdrawn weirdos who lose all hint of masculinity.

Women often wind up with douchebags because they convince themself they can "change him" this comes from deeply ingrained emotional and psychological desire to affect the man she is with.

Guys, Don't just be a big, sugary sap. But don't be a cold-hearted, sex-crazed moron either. Know yourself, know what your real values and standards are and don't compromise them.

Yeah I don't know. Women are crazy -- I've just become numb to it and go with the flow.

I think it's just that a lot of people don't consider the future too much and don't really care who their with until the bell tolls. A lot of people love to spend their time themselves and lack compassion - finding a toy to play with along the way.

It's not really just women, I've known guys who are the same - just depends on the nature of the person.

Its not that she's a b****, I can see why she would want to leave him. Most girls like a challenge just as guys do...and I can't comprehend why guys become all anal when a girl doesn't want a good guy but they don't see that they have the same state of mind.

Anyways, personally I hate when guys give me everything I want. I don't want to be the dominant person in the relationship, I like some pull and tug so if a guy is spoiling me and being too clingy I'm going to pull away. I don't know if you understand its hard to explain...I'm always trying to explain it to my mother. Haha.

Because women are complex people who don't truly know what they want. Its sad but unfortunate. My opinion get out and do something you love and don't worry of such nonsense. I know its way easier said than done, and i'm almost 24 years old and just learned that lesson but its true. Go do something you love and not worry about it.
