What are good examples of sexual tension?

I find this one guy treating me differently. He's nice and easy going with everyone else but with me, he's can't stand still, figiting and very direct. He always teases me and each and every exchange we have, we play fight or get into these mini (but harmless) arguements each and every time! He doesn't argue or get this animated with anyone else! Always nice, quiet, polite and keeps his opinions to himself. Are these examples of sexual tension? What do you think is considered sexual tension?

Not sure why he is so bossy or opinionated with me. Or why just me. Sometimes though, he avoids me but always looks at me or for me from afar. He ALWAYS looks at me before leaving a room. But why do we argue so much? We end up laughing but still, it makes no sense that's why I thought it may be sexual tension between us.
