But she isn't well dressed and well groomed... *facepalm* She's going to a luncheon on her dads Yacht in the Hamptons, fresh off of a ho-bath from the night before.
I wouldn't really consider that well dressed. And no, we do not get intimidated. This notion that men ever do needs to go away. We're not intimidated by women.
Not really. Proper grooming is like drinking water and breathing air: it's something people should do anyway. Being well dressed is great, but not intimidated unless you mean dressing super sexy.
@Kaazsz sounds to me you are afraid to get rejected, but this has nothing to do with her attractiveness but more about your own self-image and internal fears.
I never heald back for any woman regardless of her beauty but unlike you, I am fine with getting rejected I don't see rejection as a fail or something to fear.
Out of our league, you say, sounds very American to me. So let me give you a free piece of advice, the lowest league in existence is the fear of rejection and the cousin of not looking or behaving you're very best at all times.
Take out the second part of the question and fill in whatever you like: "Are SOME MEN intimidated by ____________ women? The answer is always "YES".

No woman (or man for that matter) intimidates me. If she's all the things you say but maybe i don't feel any spark (or at least not yet) i may feel pressure because i never want to lead anyone on.

No. Women generally don't intimidate men, that's just something women like to think.
Well, that picture is not exactly "well-dressed"...

I find well dressed and well groomed women attractive. No particular reason to be intimidated by them.
We're intimidated by #MeToo and getting whacked with a false allegation just for saying 'hi' to a Heaux on the street.
longer dress needed so the wind does not blow and her everything below her waist shows
No idea but omg! I love her dress!! I want ittt!!
I’m gonna make one!

A well-dressed woman is a woman that appears to take care of herself both healthy and professionally
No, nor do I think she is either well groomed or well dressed...
Makeup isn't isn't well-groomed 😉
Apert of that, doesn't surprise me if you have that both ways. people those days tends to build up all kind of fears and nonsense in their heads.
Nope, not at all. I find them to be more approachable and friendly.
No. I dont think so. Clean well groomed and dressed people of both sexes are more desirable
No hardly any men are ever intimidated by anything positive about women, only bad behaviour are intimidating.
What planet did you come from? Most men are intimidated by attractive women
Man I don’t know maybe you are very confident, but I think most men are intimidated by a well put together woman. We think she’s out of our league.
@boardercoll No never been intimidated by attractive women, only bad attitude. But a woman's attractiveness doesn't correlate to her attitude.

Sorry. That example is not well dressed and not well groomed. Hair looks a mess.
