Is it good or bad if a guy says a woman is down to earth?

My date told me I seem very down to earth. What's that about and is it good or bad for a guy to say it about a woman? Does it make it more or less likely he would want a relationship with me?

Could mean anything depending on what values he holds about it. You should look at the way he said it to know wether he means it as a compliment and what emotions compelled him to say it.

I think I understand you, because I'm the opposite. I feel offended when someone says that my head is in the clouds. Even though there's nothing wrong with that, It sounds like I'm being made fun of. But some people say the same thing and love me for it.

I think, that women are more down to earth than men in general. So if it were tocome from me, it'd definetly be a romantic compliment.

If you do have such a quality you might want to look for a guy who values it.

Yes, it's a huge compliment. It means you're 'realer' than other women he has come across, in his eyes. I have said this before too, but most women just don't get it because they take everything literally. Which is okay, because its a figurative phrase. Meaning you're "down to earth" or.. not in the clouds, not in space. Realistic. A real woman, honest, not fake.

Next time if you don't understand something, instead of internalizing the unknown or wrong meaning, try asking "what does that mean?"

He'll go nuts (in a good way) and love to explain it.

Then he will ask the same to you in the future.

And you can learn from each other that way 😊

I think it's good. To be fair, I would definitely take it as a compliment. It means he can be chill with you and he doesn't have to build any walls because you're giving off an aura that tells him he can be himself. Most people tend to be "fake" these days, so it definitely is a good sign.

I’d take it as a compliment. So far as if he’d want to be in relationship with you more than likely he’s considering other personality factors besides that as well so... who knows? It depends on the type of guy I guess.

Down to earth is GOOD. Doesn't matter if it's from a man to a woman or a woman to a man. In general, it means you're practical. Realistic. No delusions of grandiose (e. g. desperate for likes on social media).

Down to earth is a good quality, but I wouldn't say it helps you or hurts you. It's just a universally good thing. I don't know any guys who are unwilling to date a girl because she doesn't meet a certain standard of down to earth
