I am 21, 5'0 even I look 14. Im always getting told im tiny or im so short. I'm always attracting creepy older men at work from coworkers and the customers. They're all the same, they're controlling. They're rude, bossy and think they can tell me what to do. Its like at least 10 of them.

There's this one older man at work, who keeps telling me he went to school with my mom and he knows her. He tells me all the time how I look just like her and talk like her, etc. I asked my mom if she knew him and she said she had no idea who he is. When I first met him he was kinda rude. I was always nice to him but he was mean but now he's all friendly and claims he knows my mom.

I can't tell my boss about him because my boss is the same exact way. He's controlling only to me and he likes to stare at me in the creepiest ways. I can tell he's undressing me with his eyes. He's not like this with any other women there. The woman don't have a problem being around him and they don't look uncomfortable when they are talking to him. He expects me to give him love and when I don't he finds anyway to get me in trouble or threaten my job. He likes to get other managers to yell at me and embarrass me while im doing my job.
