Do you guys compare your girlfriend/wife to your female friends? Is that normal and ok?

I mean, your woman is always dressed carelessly. Her hair is always greasy and almost always uncombed. She is in general sloppy about her looks. Your friend, on the contrary is always well maintained (hairstyle, she has clean hair, she smells nice, with make up on) even at home. Would you compare one with other? Would you mind how your wife looks but don't tell her that?
You even told that friend of yours that she looks good (complimented her many times) and make her aware that you notice how she looks. You ask her to send you a picture of herself when she is out or on some events to see how she looks at that moment. Would you do that as a normal or you would think something is fishy?

Definitely not ok to compare but even weirder to ask their friends for pics to see how they look in different occasions. I mean it's not bad if it's for some special event, and compliments are not bad either, but the comparing part is bothering.
The girlfriend should put more efforts tho, that's just lazy.

I'm the friend (with both of them, so I know her well too). I mean I don't send him pictures, but I can't do nothing about him complimenting or telling me how good I look. He even hinted one time about her hair, but I said nothing as if I didn't hear him. She dyed her hair like mine and he said she is copying me. When I said it looks good he just frowned/smirked. I don't know what to do. Should I walk away from this friendship? Is it becoming weird?

If you act like what... notice how this other woman looks and tell her that? That would be enough for you to think something is wrong? I mean if you notice the way she looks, you are aware that your woman is different?
