Do guys only tease girls they're in love with?

My guy friend teases me a lot. Sometimes he even lifts me off my feet or tickles me for no reason. He also jokes about me dating other guys. Some people think we're in a relationship. When they make comments about us, he acts like he didn't hear it. He does have a girlfriend at this moment. Is it normal for a guy to tease/ touch female friends when he is in a relationship? And why does he ignore comments from other people about us?

It's OK when it's like banter and you wind each other up with words, but I'd say a line has been crossed if he's tickleing and grabbing hold of you, its like taking it to the next level. You've gotta think what would his other half think if she walked in on one of your tickeling sessions, would you quickly move away from each other? feel a little awkward? If the answer is yes, you've just answered your own question.

Yes it's normal, and it varies from person to person. Some guys have that kind of teasing nature. There are two kind of teasing guys, one of loves teasing and the other one who teases in love. Now you should know better what kind of your guy is.
