Boyfriends brother accidentally sent me a text about my boyfriend shit talking me?

Long story short, my boyfriend took off the other day to go hang out with his friend. He told me he would only be gone until around 10pm because his friend had work at 4am and told me he was going to pick me up some dinner on his way home because there was nothing for me to eat here. He never came home that night. Of course his phone died during that time and I had no idea what was going on and he had my debit card and my car as well. So I got ahold of his brother to see if everything was okay at like 3am because his brother was with them. His brother lied and said he wasn't there so he didn't know if my boyfriend was alright or not. Boyfriend gets home the next day around 11:30. I had been panicking all morning and calling everyone we know and everyone said they hadn't seen him. It's been 2 days since it happened. Boyfriends brother just sent me a screenshot of him and my boyfriend literally shit talking me the day that he got back here. He told his brother that he was tired of stupid fucking women thinking they can dictate what he does with his life and claimed that I shouldn't have my panties in a twist because he gave me permission to go to my friends house and he gives me "freedom". In the 3 years that I have been with him I have not been able to go anywhere without him. I haven't been able to hang out with my friends at all unless they come to our house. And the one time I was able to make plans that didn't involve me being home, he went above me and planned a "family day" with his mother for the same night I had my plans. So he's lying to his brother and now his brother thinks I am a crazy cunt. All because I was panicking that he said he would be home at 10pm and didn't show up until 11:30am the next day. His brother begged me not to tell my boyfriend that he accidentally sent me the screenshot. I didn't see the whole conversation because he only sent me one picture before realizing he fucked up and sent it to the wrong person.

I'm not so sure. I mean, my boyfriend would immediately cut his brother out of his life if he knew he sent me those screen shots. he's cut him off before for other reasons as well; which almost always directly involve his brother messaging me for various reasons that always lead to him causing a fight between my boyfriend and I. So I'm not sure his brother would chance it again but who knows actually. Given how many times he's donenit in the past.

I've told him to leave and he won't. So I mean, realistically, I've given him that choice and he chose not to take it. If he wanted to leave, he knows where the door is. I'm not keeping him here.
