Yea it's quite easy to tell. Usually they jiggle a lot more often than with a bra. I don't really care either way. Whatever you feel most comfortable wearing or not wearing is dope. Also you can see the nipples poking through the t-shirt a lot easier without a bra on.
If you were wearing a bra under a t-shirt they would be able to see the outlines (straps, adjusters, hook up etc) quite easily.
