So this guy and I have been talking for a while nothing serious, and he was a little cranky when we were on the phone, everyone has their cranky days so I didn’t really get upset by it, but I texted him because I forgot to remind him about his appointment while we were on the phone, and his response was “okay love and I’m sorry I was snappy” we have never used nick names before so I was caught a little off guard. What does it mean if a guy you are talking to calls you love?

Depends where he is from too. Where I'm from people call each other love all the time even if they don't know the person, it's just a name here. From a relationship perspective it'd just mean lover I guess.
