we’ve been talking for a while we’ve really close and it’s starting to piss me off because in several texts per day he’s all like “hey beautiful” “good morning beautiful” “Wyd beautiful” and not to be mean but it makes me uncomfortable because there’s absolutely no logic need to be constantly trying so hard to flatter me? I just think it’s bizarre as fuck

Don't over think this. Just tell him you appreciate the flattery, but would like to talk like normal as well with him. Whether he is a fuckboy or not can't be determined from just this level of texts. If you've met his family, he's serious. If you all do activities more than sex, it means he sees you as more than a good fuck.
