Putting his hand on your lower back was an indicator that he is feeling emotionally and/or physically close to you, as the lower back is more intimate than is the upper back. And his sliding his hand down across your butt indicates that he likes your body, and probably you, and that he thinks you have feeling for him too. Otherwise, he would not slide his hand down an areas as intimate as your butt, especially as he did it slowly.

Either he is a creepy letch or he seriously wants you. If you didn't slap his face or express serious disapproval for his fondling your body then it seems that you are interested in him as well. If so, the next time he squeezes, squeeze his butt too or, it you really want to move matters along, squeeze his tool. He will likely get the hint.
