What are the reasons that guys ignore questions like ‘What’s your plan for Christmas?’ or ‘How do you spend your Valentine’s Day?’ ?

I have found that , during festive seasons, when I ask men about their plans or ideas about some special and meaningful days, they ignore me.

There was a guy who answered my texts whenever I texted but when I asked ‘What is your plan for Christmas?’ He stopped replying. Then after a month, he asked how were my days.

Now, I have just met this guy for two days. Today is Valentine’s. I asked ‘ Do you have a Valentine’s?’ He hasn’t replied me since last night.

I may be too suspicious. I am thinking they intentionally ignore me. Have I asked a too serious question?
