Then I told him that I find him so sexy with beard and mustache and he should keep them and I love how he look that way.
He wanted to fully remove them with laser but after thinking about it twice he decided to keep them for me.πβ¨
Why would you think that is being selfish? You find his beard attractive and so you asked him not to shave. You did not demand that he not shave. It was a perfectly reasonable thing to ask and he can shave should he decides that he wants to.
With my girlfriend and I, we sort of split the difference. She likes a hairy guy - which I am - and thinks that the beard adds to that sort of masculine animal look. She has told me flat out that she thinks it is sexy.
It also so happens that I loathe cold weather. So, in the fall and winter, I grow my beard. girlfriend loves it and I like to think that it keeps my face a little bit warmer.
Then spring comes along, it gets warmer, and I go clean shaven. (In fact I shaved at the end of last month for the first time since mid-September.)
Here is the funny part. By the time I shave, my girlfriend - and our children - are ready to see the beard go. She wanted it, but apparently 6 months is enough.
Hey, as long as she thinks I am sexy - works for me. It'll work for your boyfriend too.
Not selfish , honestly I don't know why some men like to shave I personally keep my beard didn't shave for like 6 years
Different cultures. Arab men prefer yo grow their beard and mustache as part of manhood (Iβve seen my uncles). Here in Western countries and Europe is a bit different some keep it and some completely remove it, it make them look better I guess.
It's just your preference.
At the end of the day it is his face and I've been told that beards can get itchy and some guys don't like a bush on their face forever. A
Nothing wrong to ask this :)

Nothing wrong with asking it. Many people are willing to change such things to please their partner. If my girlfriend would ask it, I would do it. Perhaps not all the time, but if she likes it... why not? :)
I mean, at least she's not asking him for too much, or asking him to change himself completely yk? because at least she still likes him for being himself, right?
@lillianaustin Yes, I donβt want him to change himself for me. I liked this way years ago and I still like him even more now :) β¨
yes girl, at least you like him for being himself, my guy doesn't mind showing his dorky side in front of me and it's cute ππ₯°β€οΈ
@lillianaustin awww thatβs cute β¨π
yeah, thanks πβ¨
I see where feeling selfish about it
Considering the man was willing to remove it permanently with laser hair removal
He feels like you gave him an ultimatum
But that's his problem
If you wanna reassure him and tell him no pressure but the damage has been done
Nothing yoy can do about it it now
No not at all. Last time i actually shaved my beard years ago. My girlfriend, My brother and his girlfriend and all my friends. Even a friends mom. Told me to never shave again. Lol its not that it looks bad either. Its just not me. Look to different without a full beard
Seeing how turned on it made my last girlfriend, I kept mine, too.
I don't think that's selfish, you told him what you feel. As long as you don't force him it's absolutely fine I believe.
No not at all, you're not forcing him , just asking him to ahah
If he's okay with it you're not being selfish.
Not selfish 💗
No, he's your man and he's suppose to serve you.
