Are these signs that a guy has a crush on you?

I’ve seen this guy around campus many times before (we have the same major, so all of our classes are in the same building). But I’ve never really talked to him before. Anyway, he was in my class last fall (classes were all online) and when I got a haircut, he was one of the ones (other than my girl friends) to compliment me. Whenever he sees me on campus, he’ll wave and say hi. I’ve recently noticed that he likes/views every post/picture/story that I post on social media. Since I don’t really know him, I’m not sure if he’s shy or not. So are these small signs that a guy is interested?

I wouldn't go as far as saying he has a crush on you, but I do think there might be a little bit of interest, or he just likes you enough to notice the things like the new haircut and stuff. But I don't know if anything is still going on since you said het noticed you had a new haircut in the fall, which is a long time ago already...

If he is liking picture. I wouldn't like picture just to not make it look obvious. But if he does and all those other things then yeah he is interested
