Why did my guy friend made these jokes that he thinks being daddy to my kids would be great? And more?

Hey,

So my guy friend always makes sexual jokes and stuff and actually I have to admit that we talk about sex very much and he always is curious about the woman. Me.

We are really comfortable with eachother but I don't think we are more that friends.

Anyway back to my question.

He once asks about my periods and I told him that my stomach can hurt really bad. He just said that I should give him 30 minutes and I won't have periods and stomache pain for 9 months...

After that he said that he wouldn't mind being daddy from my kids.

And he makes more jokes like that and flirts with me a lot, is it because he feels more that friends or likes me sexually and likes the idea of making babies?

Yes guy friend, to make it easier that I am friends with a guy because I find "friend" a little bit general. I didn't have to say it like that but I did. Can you just awnser my question? Otherwise you don't have to comment on this. I think this is a bit childish
