I have a crush on a guy who has a girlfriend and I think he likes me back. They have a long distance relationship and I’ve been respectful of the fact he has a girlfriend. We do flirt but that’s all. His friend recently asked me out and I said yes. Now the guy I have a crush on is avoiding me. Should I tell his friend no now? I’m confused

Personally, I would cancel the date and stay away from them both. For starters, you’ve basically blown any chance with your crush, and I genuinely don’t say this in a mean way, it’s just facts. Even if you don’t go on the date, you’ve already complicated things by even agreeing to go. Now if you start something with his friend, you won’t be able to genuinely focus on him because your crush was on the other guy. It’s just messy.
