Why did my guy friend take screenshot of my pic?

Told my shy guy friend I have feelings for him. He got nervous and said ”I dont know what to say”. Then said Im easy to talk to, funny and pretty but didn't feel more than that but ”had been thinking about it”. He also said ”I dont have feelings for anyone else either.” On my way home he texted it was really nice seeing me. Tonight, a month later he screenshots a pic of me and some friends going out that I posted on Snap story. I also know he told his best friend about our talk. What does he feel for me? And why would he screenshot a pic now?
