Clearly he isn't attracted to me since he won't look away, but I just find it weird that this guy maybe a few years older than me just sat and stared from time to time and didn't look away when I looked back. I was just speaking with my sister? Why does he stare? Can someone pls answer cause I get this all the time with men, they state and don't break eye contact. I'm so confused
