Was I wrong to tell my friend this about her relationship?

She said her boyfriend goes gym everyday 7 days a week at 5:30am, he regularly and pretty much always asks her to go with him but she never wants to.

they have been together since they where 18/19 they’re now 24. no sign of being engaged, even though she wants to be married and loves kids
her ex was his best friend who was a lying cheated addict who she stayed with for a long time till he went to prison, even spoken to him whilst in prison, he’s the one that taken her from him.
I said:
“I’m so happy your happy but maybe you should try go gym with him if he is asking you to go clearly it’s something he wants to share with you if you’re already up early like you are every single day you may as well dedicate at least or morning a week to let him get you in on it. I go to the gym and I can tell you it often has very lean woman at it you wouldn’t want him to be wishing he had one of them so they’d at least make the effort to be there he works hard on his body why don’t you?”
and she just laughed then when she seen I was genuinely advising her she got pissed, She’s not overweight or nothing but I just thought in her shoes I’d take full advantage of having a man that goes gym every morning I’d use it to motivate me to go too, and have someone show me new work outs etc. I mean he hasn’t proposed yet for a reason
